July/August: £180 (minimum one week booking)

May Half-Term (UK): £120 (minimum one week booking)

Rest of May/June/September: £100 (minimum 5 day booking)

Other months: £80 (minimum 5 day booking)

Linen supply/cleaning charge of £120 per booking

We keep our pricing simple. Rates are per night in GB£ (payment in Euros is possible). There's a minimum booking of 1 week during July and August and we generally only accept bookings in full weeks rather than part-weeks for this high demand period. There's an additional £100 charge per stay that covers the supply of bed linen, bathroom and beach towels and a pre- and post-stay clean.

 

Payment is by bank transfer with 25% required upon confirmation of booking and the remainder is required no later than one month prior to your holiday.

 

Cancellation more than 3 months before your holiday incurs no charge. Between 3 months and 1 month there's a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value. Less than 1 month incurs a 50% charge. We will, however, always try to be flexible with changing your holiday dates where we can - we do understand that plans sometimes have to change.

We do not charge a security deposit but ask that you look after the apartment and its contents as if they were your own. We know that accidents will happen and if you do happen to break anything, just let us know and please try to replace it like-for-like. If in doubt, just ask!
